Our Executive Team

Nathan is our illustrious leader . He has a fascination with words containing the letter "Z" and holds the record for discovering the word with the most Zs. He's a smart fellow and has a great history with IT companies. He started Harman IT in 1997 and by 2001 had won the whole IT outsourcing for Hamersley Iron and grown staff numbers to 120. Harman IT also won significant contracts with Woodside Energy, WMC, Iluka Resources and WA state government departments. In 2001 Nathan sold Harman IT to the London-based multinational Marconi Plc. In 2004 he started ZettaServe.

Nathan is a militant West Coast Eagles member.

Nicki manages our presales and architecture teams and works with our corporate customers at a strategic level. Nicki's background is varied and began in 1998 in systems analysis and development with BankWest and later moved into a technical architect role in 2000. Nicki has since worked in senior technical architect and advisory roles with BHP Billiton, Marconi Plc, Woodside Energy and Babcock & Brown.

Unlike other members of the executive team, Nicki follows which ever sporting team is on top of the ladder.

Nicholas (aka Max) manages our development and online divisions. This includes our applications development department along with our ZettaGrid and Highway 1 subsidiaries. Nicholas began his career as a network administrator for a small mining organisation in 1998. He has since worked primarily in IT infrastructure management, solutions architecture and techical account management areas for companies including Hamersley Iron, WMC Limited, Woodside Energy, Auditor General (WA) and telecoms multinational Marconi Plc. In 2006, Nicholas became the General Manager of the Development division and later took on ZettaServe's online interests.

Nicholas doesn't follow AFL but is a long time Perth Wildcats season member.

Mark leads our WA ICT Services divisions which encompasses Desktop, Server, Networking and Service Desk teams. Mark began his IT career in 1995 and has a long history delivering managed services to large corporates. Mark has worked with Diageo, Woodside Energy, Rio Tinto, Marconi Plc, and Coles Myer in roles ranging from systems analyst, solutions architect and account management.

Unfortunately Mark is a one-eyed Fremantle Dockers member.
