Our on-site consultant will visit your office at a time convenient for you and will review your network and server infrastructure.
- Obligation-Free Assessment Report
Based on the information gathered, ZettaServe will provide you with a written report of your IT environment and will include the following information - Summary of Findings, Current state and health of network and Recommendations. Specific items we will assess include your Server State, Workstation State, Data Backups, Internet/Security Review/Networking, Email/SPAM, Virus Protection and Business applications.
- After identifying any problem(s) in your environment, ZettaServe offers Block Hours support services to immediately remediate these problems and help your network return to a healthy state.
